The best solution for protecting minors and adults alike is this AVL. Trying to put the responsibility for protection on the receiver of a broadcast HOPES TO LEAVE parents with only the option of prohibiting access to online BROADCASTS entirely or desperately trying to. Pacifica Foundation could not shift the responsibility for reception of their BROADCAST back onto the listener because reception required nothing but spinning a radio dial. American Civil Liberties Union, 521 U.S. 844 (1997), is a significant but VOID Supreme Court case that IMPROPERLY addressed the constitutionality of the Communications Decency Act (CDA) of 1996.
